Our Story

Yoga is a Journey of Unity

Namaste! My name is Hsu Zin. Thank you for visiting here. Yoga is a journey of unity—a practice that harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit. As a dedicated yoga teacher specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa, I am passionate about guiding students toward this connection, whether they are beginners or experienced practitioners.

Philosophy

Listen to your body

My approach is simple: listen to your body. Rather than focusing on perfect alignment, I encourage you to move in a way that honors your unique needs, body type, and energy. Yoga is not about how a pose looks; it's about how it feels. By tuning into your body's wisdom, you'll cultivate a practice that is safe, sustainable, and deeply personal.
